A Little Bit About Main Street Vault Restaurant

Main Street Vault Store FrontWe were proud to have opened our doors back in 2015 and we are proud to have reopened them again on October 31, 2017.  This building was once the old bank building, National Bank of Arizona.  We thought it was fitting to name our restaurant Main Street Vault so that we could pay homage to this banking institution.  It is our goal to network with other downtown business associates to truly make historical downtown Main Street a thriving place to visit (and eat of course!).

Did you know that the famous movie Murphy’s Romance, starring James Garner and Sally Field, was filmed in Florence, Arizona, and that one of the scenes was filmed right here in what is now the Vault?  Come into the restaurant and see posters of this movie and several other movies filmed in Florence.

Thank you and see you soon.

Vienna Beef’s Story

Vienna BeefVienna Beef was founded by two Austrian-Hungarian immigrants, Emil Reichel and Sam Ladany. These two entrepreneurs first introduced their family frankfurter recipe at the Columbian Exposition in the white city of Chicago, Illinois in 1893. The frankfurter was such a “hit” at the expo that the Vienna Beef hot dog was born. They opened their first store in 1894 on Chicago’s west side.

More than 121 years later and honoring the work ethic of three generations, Vienna Beef is still making their sausages the old-fashioned way by using 100% premium domestic beef infused with hickory-smoked authentic flavorings.

Chicago Style DogAll of Vienna Beef sausages keep true to their time-tested recipes and contain no fillers, artificial flavorings or binders. Just in 2012, Vienna Beef manufactured over 150,000,000 hot dogs ranging in all shapes and sizes. Oh, and 95,000,000 pickles to go along with all of those hot dogs.

Come into the restaurant and try this delicious hot dog (especially “Chicago-Style”), in addition to an array of Vienna Beef’s other products, such as the delectable Italian beef sandwich, and specials such as the Polish sausage. We’ll also be offering Tommy’s mouthwatering bratwurst as a special. (Please refer to our Menu for more information.) We are confident that ~ once you try them ~ you will be hooked!
